My family and I moved to the area last year and decided to try this dentist. We've had nothing but good experiences. I was originally seen by Dr. Austad who is very kind and thorough. He discovered a couple of cavities I needed filled, I needed a root canal and he suggested I get a deep cleaning of my gums, which I opted for. Aileen has been my hygienist and is amazing. She's extremely detail-oriented and made my deep cleaning experience very comfortable. She gave me advice to heal my gum pockets and after following it for 6 months, my gums have healed and my pockets have shrank in size. My root canal was done by Dr Otterson and it was honestly one of the best dental experiences of my life. He knows what he's doing and completed the procedure in 20 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a root canal. My daughter had a palate device and braces installed here and it's been a very straightforward and easy going process. She had a bracket break and they were able to get her in the next day to fix it. Yes, it's expensive, even with insurance. You'll be hard pressed to find any decent dentist who isn't. They've been very accommodating about payment plans, which we've utilized. The quality of care is very worth the cost in my opinion.
